OBJECTIVES |

The eTalents Project objective is to contribute to the development of e.competencies in workers of
the tourism sector. To this effect, the partnership developed self-learning e.contents and qualifications and
competences management tools that enable managers and professionals from the sector to manage more effectively
their competencies and of their workers. The Project’s results can be seen on:

Because it is important to exhibit not only the projects’ results and products, bur also the best practices and
digital solutions existing in the marketplace, the e.Talents partnership wants to close the project by holding
this final conference, to which invited a group of renowned key note speakers, that will present not only the
Project and it results but also some best practices examples, successful case studies, solution and some
guidelines to the digital future.
